If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

If the order has not yet been processed, prepared or dispatched, we can usually cancel it without any problem.

If the order is already being prepared or has left the warehouse, it may not be possible to stop it, but we’ll discuss it with you to see what options are available.

The sooner you let us know, the easier it will be to sort it out. In this case, ‘I’ll think about it tomorrow’ might be too late.
