If you need to change your order or add an item after making your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible.
If your order hasn’t yet been processed or prepared for dispatch, we can usually help you make the change or add the item you need.
If the order is already being prepared or has left the warehouse, it may not be possible to change it, but we’ll go through the options with you to see what’s possible.
The sooner you let us know, the more time we’ll have. Time is of the essence here.
