Yes. You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your Bumbba at home to try it out at your leisure and decide if it’s the perfect match for you.

If you wish to return it within that period, simply contact our customer service team and we’ll guide you through the process step by step.

Returns are free of charge, except in certain areas such as the Canary Islands, Corsica, Madeira and the Azores, where the cost of transport will be deducted from the final refund.

To process the return, it is important that the sofa is in perfect condition, with no stains, snags, tears, odours, hair or signs of improper use.

It is also essential to keep the original boxes. In the case of mattresses, there is no need to vacuum-pack them again: simply keep them in the transparent bags they came in.

In short: try it out at home, at your leisure and without any hassle. We just ask that you look after it as if it were already yours.
