How long does it take to receive a refund, and how is it processed?Updated 12 days ago

The refund will be processed once we have received the goods at our premises and verified that everything is in order.

We will check that all items have been received and that the product is in perfect condition, free from stains, snags, tears, odours, hairs or signs of improper use.

Once the return has been verified, we will proceed to issue the refund. From that point, it may take up to approximately 10 days for the amount to appear in your account, although this will depend on the bank, the payment method used and each institution’s processing times.

The refund will always be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
