Important notes regarding delivery times, stock and colours
Delivery times may vary depending on stock levels, the model, the colour chosen or current logistics availability.
Some colours, models or new products may have a longer delivery time than usual. If there is a specific delivery estimate for your order, this will be indicated on the product page or during the checkout process.
*Note on the Canary Islands
In the Canary Islands, delivery appears as free of charge because the 21% VAT is offset by the costs associated with transport, IGIC, insurance and dispatch handling.
The final price already takes these adjustments into account, so you won’t have to make any extra payments for this.
In the event of a return, the cost associated with transport will be deducted from the final refund.
**Note regarding areas with additional delivery charges: Madeira, the Azores or Corsica.
In areas with specific delivery charges or special logistical conditions, such as Madeira, the Azores, Corsica or the Canary Islands, the cost of delivery may be deducted from the final refund in the event of a return.
This means that if you return your order from one of these areas, the delivery charge will not be refunded.
