If, upon receiving your order, you notice that an item is faulty, a part is missing, or the colour does not match what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can look into it.
We will need you to send us:
Order number
Clear photos of the product or the affected item
A photo of the label or reference number, if it appears on the packaging or the item
Photos of the packaging, if it arrived damaged or opened
With this information, we will be able to check what has happened and provide a solution as soon as possible.
