If the box arrives damaged or you notice anything unusual about the packaging, please let us know as soon as possible.
Please email us with your order number and send us clear photos of the packaging, the delivery label and, if applicable, the product received.
If the order arrives incomplete, please also let us know what you have received and what you think is missing. This will allow us to check with the warehouse and the delivery company to provide a solution as soon as possible.
